How to register?
You need to be at least 18 year old and complete the registration form become our member. During the registration process, you will be redirected to the "WorldPay" payment gateway where you need to submit your credit card information for your monthly subscription fee. (You can refer to the photo of MYVIDEO-WORLDPAY payment procedure.)Your registration is completed when the "WorldPay" payment gateway redirected back to our website.

"WorldPay" uses SSL data encryption technology (same technology used in most on-line banking system). And your payment is handled directly by "WorldPay" to ensure it is kept confidential and secure. Your credit card details are input after rediected to WorldPay's web page. We do not keep any credit card details from you. It gives you additional safety.

After registration, what’s next?
When you complete the registration, an email containing the activation link was sent to your registered email address. Please click the link in the email to activate your account. The registered email is the primary communication channel with all MYVIDEO member. Please check your emails and ensure MYVIDEO emails get to your email box. Please select your movie and enjoy it:

1. Login
Please enter your registered email and your password in the login box. Click on the "My Account" page you will see at the top your current subscription plan and your commencement date for your next renewal period.

Please note how many movie discs you can keep at a time and your next payment commencement date if you have changed your plans.

2. Add movies to your queue list
You can find movie by using the category or the power search function. Please click the "Add Movie" button in each movie page to your queue list.

We recommend you to add as many movies you like (please add 15 or more movies for 1 disc-keeping quota, for instance) to ensure it is not running out.

3. Check your queue list
Click on the "My Queue List" page and you will see the movies at your queue list. You can add/delete/move the movies in the list as you like. You can also find the update status of disc that is sending or returning.

We recommend you to add as many movies you like (15 or more movies) to ensure it is not running out.

4. Sending movie disc to you
The first movie disc (for newly register OR changed residential address) will be mailed out after we confirm your residential address mainly through phone. Movie Disc will be sent to you according to your queue list. There will be an email notification to your email account when disc is sent out. Also, you can see the update record in the "My Queue List" page.

5. Watch and send back the movie disc with the prepaid return envelop
MyVideo's envelope contains your return prepaid envelope. Please open carefully.(see how to open MyVideo's envelope). You can keep and watch the movie at your own pace. Once you have finished watching, please put all the things into the prepaid return envelope. Drop it to your nearby posting box and wait for your next movie.

6. Check your returning movie disc
Hong Kong Post is very effective and most of the time, the disc will be returned to us 1-2 business days. We arrange your next movie and it again shall be reached you 1-2 business days. Please check occasionally to see if your next movie is sending out to you.

If you do not receive next movie for more than 4 business days (6 days across weekend), please first click on the "My Queue List" page to see if disc status is updated and please contact us.
Please note the last collection time of your posting box nearby. (see posting box location). If you drop the disc after the collection time, Hong Kong Post will handle it tomorrow and the disc will reach us the day after tomorrow soonest. For instance, you drop the disc on Monday after the collection time, Hong Kong Post will handle it on Tuesday and deliver to us on Wednesday. We arrange the next disc to you and shall reach you on Thursday soonest then.

How can I share my experience about a movie?
In MyVideo, we encourage members share their experience. Only then we can discover more interesting movies. There are various ways here to share your experience to others.

1. Movie Rating
We strongly recommend members to rate movie they have viewed. It only takes you a few second but you have left a valuable comment to other members who share similar interest with you.

2. Movie Review
If your feeling to a movie is more than a number rating, you can add comment on each movie page as well.

3. Forum
If you want to discuss movie in general, you can click to “Forum” and open a subject title to add your comment.

4. Email to Friend
You can send and invite your Friend anytime by clicking to "Email to Friend".

How can I terminate the service?
If it is so unluckily that you are not interest in our service for any reason and do not want to be charged, you can cancel your subscription plan at any time. Poor Internet connection sometimes may cause you not able to terminate your service in time. We recommend you to terminate your subscription 1-2 business days before the next payment. Please login and click to “My Account”. Choose “Terminate Service” and follow the instruction to close your service. An email notification will be sent to you afterward.

If I change plans, when it will be effective?
Your new plan will be effective on the commencement date for your next renewal period. Please note that you shall change your plan 8 days before your next payment if you want it to be effected on your next renewal period.

Can I temporarily hold my account while I am not in Hong Kong for a while?
Yes. You can freeze your account and re-open it up to 3 times per year. A handling charge may be incurred to your payment account if you have been re-opening your account more than 3 times per year. Once you have frozen your account, we will not deliver new disc to you. All fees and charges are nonrefundable for partially used periods.

If I move house, how do I know the disc will be shipped to my new address?
Please ensure there are no movie discs delivering to you before you move as you will be liable for any movies posted to the wrong address. You can login and change your shipping address at "My Account". An email confirmation with your new shipping address will be sent to you. Please check your email and contact us if you do not receive the confirmation for more than 3 business days.

What is the PIN no.? How to use it?
PIN no. is an additional secure password. For instance, MyVideo website mobile version has used PIN no. to login. You can always change or close this service under "My Account" page in the Desktop version. (Desktop:"My Account" > "Set or Update PIN password")

Is it safe to submit my credit card information online?
Your payment is paid through "WorldPay" security payment gateway. "WorldPay" uses SSL data encryption technology (same technology used in most on-line banking system) to send information through a secure HTTP connection (https//.. ) . It provides an additional encryption layer of your credit card detail.

Also, your credit card details are input after rediected to WorldPay's web page. We do not keep any credit card details from you. It gives you additional safety.

When will be my next payment day?
Your subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and on each monthly renewal thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. Click on the "My Account" page to see the commencement date for your next renewal period. We will automatically bill your Payment Method each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your membership. In the event your membership began on a day not contained in a given month, we will bill your Payment Method on the last day of such month. For example, if you became a paying member on January 31st, your Payment Method would next be billed on February 28th.

When will I receive my movie?
We arrange the movie according to your queue list and will post it once we receive your previous disc. We recommend you to add as many movies you like to your queue list to ensure it is not running out.

Hong Kong Post is very effective and most members shall receive the next disc one to two business days after we post. Posting data is shown on your account and an email notification will also be sent.

Please note the last collection time of your posting box nearby. (see posting box location). If you drop the disc after the collection time, Hong Kong Post will handle it tomorrow and the disc will reach us the day after tomorrow soonest. For instance, you drop the disc on Monday after the collection time, Hong Kong Post will handle it on Tuesday and deliver to us on Wednesday. We arrange the next disc to you and shall reach you on Thursday soonest then.

Will I be responsible for the postal loss?
If the disc does not reach you for more than 4 business days, please report us and we will investigate the problem. Although there is rarely delivery loss, it sometimes happen and there is no the fault of the customer. In most of the time, we will take the responsibility and send you a replacement or next movie in your queue list. However, if there are many postal losses occurred for a particular customer, we reserve the right to charge back the relevant cost incurred for all the postal losses.

Why the disc I receive is not according to my queue list’s order?
We understand members want to watch their favorite movie as soon as possible. Sometimes, there will be unexpectedly high demand for certain titles (especially new release titles) where we cannot deliver the top order on your queue list. We will deliver discs in your queue list in consideration of your priority and disc available.

You could do so but we would send the number of disc you have returned next time. We would recommend you returning all discs at a time in line with your plans.

Why some Blu-ray discs (BD) cannot be played?
Blu-ray Disc (BD) uses the Advanced Access Content System (AACS) for audio/video content protection. Advanced Access Content System Licensing Administrator, LLC (AACS LA), the licensor of the AACS technology, maintains AACS's security by requiring periodic renewal of AACS encryption keys stored on BDs as well as BD players, as part of their "proactive renewal" effort. Please update the software of your BD players regularly in order to support the first AACS key renewal for BDs.

It is our first priority to arrange movies according to your queue list. However, there are some circumstances that either your queue list is too short or there are high demands of movies on your queue list such that we cannot arrange disc to you.

Therefore, we would recommend you to add as many movies you like (please add 15 or more movies for 1 disc-keeping quota, for instance) to ensure it is not running out. We would deliver the discs to you in consideration of your queue list’s priority, your favors and the disc available.
